Breakfast: Biscuits w/Gravy, Cereal Variety, Toast w/Jelly, Peaches, Juice Variety, Milk Variety

Lunch: Chicken Sandwich, Popcorn Chicken, Waffle Fries, Roll, Pineapple, Fruit and Veggie Bar, Milk Variety or Water

Announcements:

All visitors must sign in at the main office. Please make sure you have your identification card on you.

Parent's: if your student drives to school, please send a note if they are to be checked out early for any appointments.

NO SCHOOL 10/18/24

Pink Out for Breast Cancer will be on October 22nd. Dress in pink at school and then for the basketball games.

Jr Class will have donation tickets for a chance to win 5 buckets of candy. They will sell them throughout the month of Oct. and the winners will be notified on Oct 31. Please see a JR or Mrs. Watson for tickets. Tickets are $1 each.
Jrs : tickets will be due for the candy baskets on Oct 28th to Mrs. Watson

ACT PREP OPPORTUNITY: Any 11th and 12th grader interested in a free ACT Prep Class, contact Mrs. Adewumi asap.

The November session has been updated to Friday, November 15th and will remain open until the seats are full. If you have already submitted your name, you have been emailed the registration link. If you wish to sign up, see Mrs. Adewumi.

Community Service:

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: If you would like to earn some volunteer hours during the week of Operation Christmas Child National Collection Week, see Mrs. Adewumi ASAP. The dates are November 18th-November 28th.

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS: Community Service Hours have been posted for the month of August and will be posted again at the end of September.

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS:

All 9th and 10th grade students will be required to receive 75 volunteer hours before the end of Senior year.

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS:

Any 9-12 grade students interested in earning community service hours through the Emerson City Department, please see Mr. Watson.

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS:

Students, please remember to put your name on your volunteer logs before placing them in the trays in my office or they will be placed in the trash. Putting your first and last name will help. Thanks, Mrs. Adewumi

After School Tutoring will be held in

Mrs. Canfield’s room from 3:15-4:15 on Mondays and Thursdays.

Quiz bowl:

Quiz bowl practice will start on Oct 21 . It will be on Mondays from 3:15-4. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Watson.

Student Council is hosting the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, November 2nd at 7:30 pm at the Carriage House. The dance is open for 9-12 graders only. Dress code for the dance will be available outside Mrs. Canfield’s door along with permission slips to bring students from other schools.

Rubiks:

Rubiks Cube team signups are outside Mrs. Watsons door.

FFA:

FFA members need to check the FFA google classroom frequently.
